Order Processing
When will I recieve my order?
We ship orders within 24 hours of it being placed. The delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you chose and your location from our warehouse in New York. Most orders are delivered in 2-5 business days.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We ask that if you need to modify or cancel an order, that it is done as soon as possible. Once the order ships, we cannot make any changes. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
What is your return policy?
While we hope that you love your Petologist products, we do offer a 14 day return policy from the day that the order was delivered. You must pay for return shipping and a full refund is subject to the condition of the product. i.e. if you use half of a product, it is not eligible for a refund.
What countries do you ship to?
Right now, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to start shipping to Europe by 2025!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are able to add customized gift messages on a branded The Petologist note. Please ensure this is added when you place your order!
What if my order arrives damaged?
We trust our carriers to deliver your order in one piece, but mistakes happen in transit. In this event, please let us know what happened along with photos of any damage. We will resend a new order and handle the carrier side of things.
Refresh Powder
What is this product? Is it shampoo? Is it deodorant?
The Petoligist Refresh Powder is a powerful blend of natural powders designed to remove oils and odors from your dog's coat, promote deodorization, and provide nourishment to the skin. It is not a shampoo or deodorant. It is it's own thing! It is pH balancing, safe for sensitive skin, and comes with or without a natural scent.
How does your pump bottle work?
The pump dispenses the powder as a fine mist. It's important to shake the bottle well before each use to prevent the powder from clumping.
What kind of lavender do you use?
Our lavender scented Refresh Powder uses the highest quality therapeutic grade essential oil.
Can I use it on myself?
While we designed this product for use on dogs, it can be used on human hair too. If you do choose to use it on yourself, please check for any irritation and stop use immediatly if that occurs.
